Aluminium Foil

Our aluminium foil is produced by high technology in milling aluminium strip to the range from extremely thin 0.0045mm to 0.2mm and / or Thicker, complying with various specification; soft or hard temper, Bright or dull surface with no or few pinhole.
Especially, its excellent convertability enables aluminium foil to be Laminated with paper, various film and others, printed and / or Embossed easily and beautifully as desired.

• It is used in electricity and electron parts, such as, mylar capacitor, oil capacitor and other electric appliances when it manufactured. In general, capacitor is made from aluminium foil through winding process together with electrolyte.The bigger surface area of the foil, the higher capacity. It is necessary to have high-technology in producing aluminium foil enabling it to enlarge surface area. Though it is not widely applied to make capacitor with aluminium foil less than 5 micron at local capacitor market until now, we have already developed know-how of milling technology for 4.5micron in preperation for future requirement of thinner capacitor foil.
